W sklepie oferowane sÄ… produkty brandowane i niebrandowane, zwiÄ…zane z larpami i wydarzeniami organizowanymi przez LarpVenture, m.in.: koszulki, kubki, przypinki, plakaty, monety, notesy, znaczki, butelki termiczne oraz akcesoria larpowe. Wszystkie produkty sÄ… wykonywane na zamówienie w modelu print-on-demand.

The store offers branded and unbranded merchandise related to LARP events organized by LarpVenture, including: T-shirts, mugs, badges, posters, coins, notebooks, pins, thermal bottles, and LARP accessories. All products are made to order using a print-on-demand model.
3. SkÅ‚adanie Zamówienia / Placing an Order

Zakupy można realizować bez zakÅ‚adania konta. Podczas zakupu zbierane sÄ… dane: imiÄ™, nazwisko, adres e-mail, adres do faktury oraz wybrane wydarzenie, na którym nastÄ…pi odbiór. Umowa sprzedaży zostaje zawarta po zaksiÄ™gowaniu pÅ‚atnoÅ›ci.

Purchases can be made without creating an account. Collected data includes: name, surname, email address, billing address, and the selected LARP event where the order will be collected. The sales contract is concluded once payment is confirmed.
​4. Ceny i Płatności / Prices and Payment

Wszystkie ceny zawierajÄ… VAT. Faktury sÄ… wysyÅ‚ane drogÄ… mailowÄ… w ciÄ…gu tygodnia od zaksiÄ™gowania pÅ‚atoÅ›ci. DostÄ™pne metody pÅ‚atnoÅ›ci: karta (Stripe), BLIK, przelew. PÅ‚atność przelewem należy zrealizować w ciÄ…gu 2 dni roboczych. Nie ma możliwoÅ›ci pÅ‚atnoÅ›ci za pobraniem ani gotówkÄ….

All prices include VAT. Invoices are sent via email within a week from payment. Available payment methods: credit card (via Stripe), BLIK, bank transfer. Bank transfers must be completed within 2 business days. Cash on delivery or cash payments are not accepted.
5. Dostawa i Odbiór / Delivery and Pickup

Dostawa produktów odbywa siÄ™ wyÅ‚Ä…cznie podczas wydarzeÅ„ organizowanych przez LarpVenture. Klient wybiera wydarzenie podczas zamówienia. Odbiór osobisty jest darmowy. Nie prowadzimy wysyÅ‚ki pocztowej ani kurierskiej.

Products are delivered only during events organized by LarpVenture. Customers select the event during checkout. Personal pickup is free of charge. Shipping or courier delivery is not available.
6. Zwroty i OdstÄ…pienie od Umowy / Returns and Withdrawal.

Zgodnie z art. 38 pkt 3 Ustawy o prawach konsumenta, prawo do odstÄ…pienia od umowy nie przysÅ‚uguje w przypadku rzeczy wytworzonych na indywidualne zamówienie klienta. Wszystkie produkty oferowane w sklepie sÄ… objÄ™te tym wyÅ‚Ä…czeniem i nie podlegajÄ… zwrotowi.

According to Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a customer's individual order. All products in the store fall under this exemption and are non-returnable.
7. Reklamacje / Complaints

Reklamację można zgłosić w przypadku wady produktu lub niezgodności z umową. Zgłoszenia należy wysyłać na adres e-mail: contact@larpventure.com. Reklamacje rozpatrywane są w terminie do 30 dni.

Administratorem danych osobowych jest LarpVenture. Sklep wykorzystuje pliki cookies, Google Analytics oraz systemy remarketingowe. Klient może wyrażić dobrowolną zgodę na otrzymywanie newslettera.

9. Postanowienia Końcowe / Final Provisions
PL:
LarpVenture zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu. W sprawach nieuregulowanych zastosowanie ma prawo polskie. Klient ma prawo do skorzystania z pozasÄ…dowych sposobów rozwiÄ…zywania sporów (ADR/ODR). Zalecamy w pierwszej kolejnoÅ›ci kontakt mailowy celem polubownego rozwiÄ…zania sporu.
